Early years educator

Early Years Educators are highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe. They work in a range of settings including full day care, children’s centres, pre-schools, reception classes and as childminders. They may either be working on their own or supervising others to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by Government for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old.

Our Learning Approach

Get Active Education offers individualised learning to each participant, and heavily involves you in all curriculum scoping to ensure that progress is meaningful. In addition, the curriculum scoping exercise provides an opportunity to review prior learning and completed qualifications, with the aim of personalising our scheme to support and enhance your business, and therefore your progress.

We have the ability to individualise every scheme of work to produce a bespoke delivery plan tailored around the individual’s needs, providing a more enhanced experience.
